An Engineer and an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad, Mr. A.K. Matta is acknowledged as one of the most resourceful professionals in the Indian Executive Search industry.Through the course of his 28 years of varied and panoptic experience in management consulting and executive search, Mr. A.K. Matta has directed numerous senior search assignments. These include searches for Chief Executive officers, Presidents and Senior Management.

Mr. A.K Matta has hands-on expertise in a number of industry practices that include Engineering, Consumer Services, Legal, Information Technology, Financial Services and Telecom. His expertise also lies in addressing issues of executive retention, compensation and expense benefits.

Mr. Matta’s 16 years of career, with India’s largest executive search firm, serves as a well-established foundation for a leadership profile. His transformational leadership abilities frequently attract many senior professionals seeking guidance for their career planning. He is also known for his lasting professional relationships.

On the personal front, Mr. Matta has a passion for cricket and tennis and, enjoys spending leisure time with his family.

Mr. K. Shankar Raman (KSR) is in the recruitment consulting profession since 1979. Among the longest serving professionals in the field, he has been part of its evolution for over three decades. A post graduate in HR and an alumni of IIM-Ahmedabad, he has worked with leading organizations such as Management Development Institute, Escorts Ltd., ABC Consultants (P) Ltd and Omam Consultants (P) Ltd.Strong, transaction and process orientation coupled with excellent relationship management skills have been key contributors to his success and standing in the Executive Search & Selection business. He has played a key role in developing the practice in Northern and Southern India and successfully established and managed multi-location operations.

He is known for building, coaching and mentoring high performance teams across locations. He enjoys an excellent reputation for high level of objectivity and ethical practices and consequently has earned the goodwill of clients and candidates across sectors.

He personally handles several high impact top management positions for large- and medium-sized companies in diverse sections.

Mr. Anil Kumar is the backbone of ETA’s Industrial practice team. With over 30 years of valuable experience and an Engineering degree from IIT-Roorkee, he has been an asset to our Engineering, Infrastructure, Process and Automotive industry clients.For past 15 years, he has taken multitude of middle and senior level assignments. He also facilitated many crucial searches as Head Industrial practice with India’s largest executive search firm during over four years of association with it.

Functionally, Mr. Kumar focuses on senior & mid-level assignments. He leads client development efforts and search execution across all levels: from large public corporations to small independent family-owned organizations.

An artist by nature, peace loving, a man of strong principles, he likes to paint & watch cricket.

Sanjeev holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal (formerly Regional Engineering College). He has over two decades of experience in networking.

He has in-depth understanding of the Energy, Built Environment, Oil & Gas, Textiles, Shipping, Real Estate and the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector and has helped companies recruit their top talent in this space.

Prior to joining Executive Tracks Associates, he was a Senior Partner at Sapphire Human Solutions. Earlier, he was working with Ma Foi Global Search Services as a General Manager, heading the Energy & Infrastructure practice on a pan India basis.

Before that for over a decade he was working with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). During 2004-05, he was the Honorary Secretary of the National HRD Network, Ahmedabad Chapter.

S Saravanan is a graduate Mechanical Engineer and post graduate in Business Administration both from India’s premier institute.Saravanan’s work experience spans in manufacturing and project management prior to coming into Consulting. He brings over 15 years of experience with the combination of industry and consulting.

He has spent over 9 years in recruitment, handling middle and senior positions with focus on Industrial, Automotive and Process industries.
