ETA has been associated with the Indian Executive Search Industry for 22 years and has assisted large multinational companies and large & mid range Indian Business houses in the Automotive / Building Material / Industrial / Chemicals including speciality chemical / Real-Estate and Infrastructure / Life-sciences & Healthcare / Media & eCommerce / FMCG & Retail / Financial Services / Technology and communication sectors for hiring leadership, senior and mid-management professionals across various functions and expertise. We have a team of around 50 consultants spread across the country and have full fledged offices at Chennai, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Delhi, Pune and Coimbatore.
For Researcher - (6 months - 2 year ) We are looking for candidates having experience in Industry Mapping and Headhunting.
For Consultant / Senior Consultant : Candidate should have at least 2 - 7 years of experience in a recruitment / executive search firm, handling Non -IT recruitment.
Source candidates through different job portals i.e. Naukri, Shine & LinkedIn.
Screening candidates to meet the requirements of the company.
Coordinating with candidates for interviews and taking individual feedback.
Ensure scheduling of interviews within the timelines.
Following up on the interview process.
Ensure receipt of appropriate feedback by the interview panels and sharing the feedback to all the candidates.
Follow up with candidates till joining.
Maintaining database for all the clients and candidates
For Leadership Role - Candidate should have at least 8 - 15 years of experience in a recruitment / executive search firm, handling Non -IT recruitment.
Handling existing clients, finding new clients, and finding candidates for current job openings
Keeping aware of the existing job openings in different organizations
Making job descriptions as per the clients requirements and posting them on relevant platforms
Searching, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the clients
Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions
Educational Qualification :- Graduate or MBA
Good Communication Skill
5 Days Working ( First Saturday is working )
