GM (Finance)- Noida Reporting to: Group Acconts Head CA with 20 + years Should have an experience from the manufacturing industry. Experience in General accounting, Plant Accounting, Cost Management, Working Capital Management, Consolidation etc Should have worked on Finance Oracle module or SAP. Job Description Strong Microsoft Office (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) skills; Oversee operations of the Accounting and Purchase Department. Monitoring all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset operations processes Monthly closure of Books of Account as per IND AS/IFRS and accounting standards Well versed with GST and Income Tax Act wrt. TDS and other aspect of foreign payments Developed, implemented, and managed the accounting operations, and procedures for the accounts receivable department through month end. Responsible for Accounts payable & Accounts Receivable aging, tracking, reporting. Handling customer requests and resolving problems, including all disputes, changes and credits on customer accounts. Handling the end to end Cost Audit - including breaking of BOM and mapping it with the RM and Trail Balance. Coordinating with Corporate Accounting team for Month end, Quarter end & Yearend Closing of books, including accruals and account reconciliations Should be a team player and able to manage the team of 14 + employees; Ensuring adequate internal controls are in place i.e. policies, procedures, LOP etc. Providing analysis of Working Capital,cash flow, operating costs and variances, cost control and reduction; Providing monthly & quarterly reporting as required by bank ensuring covenants are met. Providing monthly information and analysis for strategic management team. Responsible for monthly reviews, annual audit, IT automations, annual budget process and implementing business plans and programs Provide leadership role in all aspects of the company's financial operation. Working Capital Management Responsible for entire Sales recognition and Trade Receivables Preparation of CMA data, FFR, Due Diligence report, Monthly Stock Statement/DP for financial arrangements and Other RBI Compliances Lead the automation projects of the department. Help in reviewing and redrafting of LOP wherever require. Help in strengthening the internal controls.
