AVP Operations

Position Details

• Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities.
• Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring and controlling important aspects of operational management like operational efficiency, cost control, quality standards.
• Manage capital asset maintenance and updation of plant facilities and equipment.
• Demonstrate leadership and maintain and build culture across the shop floor.
• Incorporate customer feedback into operational objectives to drive synergy in achieving business plan.

Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / M.Tech with more than 20 years of manufacturing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control and program management.
• Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to energize and develop all levels across the organization
