Job Description Manager/AGM/DGM - Quality Health Safety & Environment Contribute and drive the organization in order to maintain and develop Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems according to relevant standards, to assess/maintain compliance with QHSE legislation and QHSE Policies and Strategies. About the Company: - Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Contribute to develop QHSE Strategy/Policies, to build QHSE mindset • Drive, promote and coordinate QHSE activities/projects and standardization and spread best practices. • Develop Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, with focus on auditing process, KPIs management, training/competences development, SOPs and instructions and improvement projects/activities. • As part of management, support line management in their (line management) QHSE accountability. • Guarantee customer requirements are completely fulfilled. • Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental areas, in particular to prevent any kind of injuries and occupational diseases, to prevent and limit the impacts coming from our activities in the environment As a person who is responsible for driving the Safety Culture, Quality Management Systems & Environment policy across India Cluster, you will be coordinating and developing the QHSE activities/ projects, building QHSE mindset and competencies in alignment with Company Quality, Health & Safety and environment strategy / policy. Qualifications & Experience: B.E. Mechanical / bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety Leadership and management skills and experience Certified Diploma from recognised Institute in Industrial Safety / Advanced Industrial Safety 15+ years of experience in driving QHSE Policies Exposure of driving Environment Management Programs & Sustainability Exposure of handling multiple factories and project sites Experience in continuous improvement tools, e g Six Sigma, Lean - preferred Project work experience People Mangers skills & and experience Interested?
