Reporting to the CHRO, you will directly be responsible for:
Setting up the overall talent acquisition processes for the organisation Developing comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet the human resources of Tech/Non-Tech roles in a fast paced environment Maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and lead all process engineering initiatives, aligned to the business -
The role will require you to focus on recruitment strategy across all levels including viz: Leadership, Functional Heads, campus, niche and volume hiring As the talent leader, you will be an industry expert and will work on predictive analysis, social media and social profiling
Should have 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ HR in at least an organisation of $2 Bn turnover with more than 1500 employees Experience in Manufacturing/ Process / Chemical /Automobile industry is a must and candidates with no prior experience to such industries will not be considered. We are looking for candidates who have built scalable models. The candidate who has seen the organisation through a large growth phase (More than 1500-200 employees) would be ideally suited for this role
