We are looking for a Practice Lead for the Pharma Industry with over 15+ years of experience. Candidates should have experience in Executive Search and Leadership Hiring for our company Executive Tracks Associates Pvt Ltd. at Mumbai location, Jogeshwari East. The ideal candidate would have worked in executive search mandates for Pharma companies and would have experience hiring VPs, Directors, and other leadership roles. Role and Responsibilities: Atleast 15 years of deep-dive Executive Search and Leadership head-hunting engagements Should have Experience in handling P&L and extensive Business Development - New Client Acquisition Client Management: Partnering with clients for entire recruitment and selection process of the candidate Leadership hiring to consistently exceed performance targets. Should have extensively networked with senior management professionals in the industry Should have successfully identified and placed Leadership & CxO Level candidates for large companies across geographies and markets. Should have the experience of setting up New Vertical Working with Stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions Should have the ability to assess and evaluate business requirements as well as candidate profiles Should be skilled at using various tools of recruitment, have a good eye for talent, and have the superpower to attract skilled candidates. Will work individually and will be solely responsible for identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates Will partner with our Leadership team in identifying top candidates Will lead the search and conduct end-to-end activities and handle Team also Please find the company details below: About us Executive Tracks Associates (ETA / www.eta.in ).
