Designation : AM/DM Exp : Min 3 Years Qualification Prefer : Engineering Graduate- Civil or Mechanical Digital Marketing Experience Good Communication and presentation skills Desirable: B.Tech and MBA in Marketing / Sales Work Experience: 3- 4 years of work experience in Industrial Products / B2B company in marketing Experience preferable in Building products (preferably in architectural applications) He/she should also have Knowledge about the recent developments, trends in the market, as regards to Construction industry He/she should have been conceptualized and executed marketing initiatives He/she should have experience of technical assistance to internal/external stake holders He/she should have been played crucial role in digital marketing, branding and marketing activities like technical write-up, content marketing, exhibitions, brand management, lead management etc. Experience to handle strategic transformations / organization critical projects will be added advantage Strong with Excel and PowerPoint Key Functional Responsibilities: Marketing responsibilities: Drive Digital Marketing Activities for Project Business - Ideation and Strategic Content, Deployment and plan, Execution of digital campaigns, Competition Tracking and Benchmarking and Website Content update Lead Management of Project Business - Drive Digital enquiries through various online mediums effectively (Website, Indiamart, Email, Virtual Forums and Digital Campaigns) and responsible for Sales conversion Content Marketing activities ensuring up to date content in website, case studies, direct mailers, Blogs etc. Capture customer VOC and report market insights Technical assistance to sales team across the regions along with technical Presentation to large customer gatherings Capturing market intelligence, competitor’s movements, market size, potential and share Ensure surveys periodically to measure customer satisfaction for further improvement Capture key inputs of business analyze them suitably and present every month Business Analytics, Forecasting and some knowledge of Power BI Drive strategic growth initiatives for sustainability of business
