Key responsibilities : Responsible for all indirect material, service, and capex procurement activities in the India region Responsible for spend of ~ 15-20 million euros Develop and implement regional procurement strategies together with stakeholders and users. Collaborate with global category leads to optimize the service levels, performance, and contractual terms from the suppliers. Develop, communicate, and follow up operational plans to support the needs and requirements from the internal stakeholders. Lead and develop purchasing team. Responsible to implement policies, compliance, and strategies. Responsible to participating in and give input to development of tools & procedures within Global Sourcing and implement them at the site. KPI's to be communicated to the employees and obtained by the organization. Required skills & Education BE/ B Tech Degree required. Candidate will demonstrate a high level of critical thinking, team competence with own group, as well as internationally matrixed organization. Must possess excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills Must be diplomatic and able to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and other departments / stakeholders. The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of compliance and audit gaps and be capable of facilitating the implementation of new processes. Experience working with manufacturing organizations is essential. Demonstrated experience in conflict management is required. Process : 2/3 round of interview along with SHL assessment
